Business or nature, why choose only one?
"Business first, then environment".
We have heard this sentence many times since the beginning of Wiithaa. For a long time, business have focused only on their results, margin growth or revenues. In the same time, environement has been the perfect and first victim with countless pollutions, over exploitations and damagings without being able to say a word or defend itself. Usually, people think that both are opposite.
Since 2012 and the founding of Wiithaa, we have always considered these 2 dimensions in the same time. When you look at life on earth, each element cooperates and live in a great symbiosis to give birth to resilient and innovative systems. Trees in a forest are a great example.
Why as humans or organisations don't we live the same way?
Far from being an utopia, this virtuous way of working of nature, full of creativity and adaptability without any notion of waste, is more and more shared in the circular economy, biomimicry or transformative talks. To help organisations in their transition, Wiithaa uses design to imagine the changes and make them real.
How does it work?
- Wiithaa helps you to adopt a systemic and resilient way of thinking thanks to trainings and accessible tools.
- Then, we identify your top issues concerning your business, products or markets by considering impacts on ecosystems, territories and resources (from the beginning to the end of life of your product or componants).
- From these issues, we help you to co-design the solutions from the idea to the action plan.
Our way of working is creative, cooperative and playful to involve easily your stakeholders.
If you want to know more, we just published our book Activate the Circular Economy, in English, you can find it on Amazon or Payhip.

5yexcellente question! J'ai retenu de ma formation en leadership éthique la nécessité de passer du "ou/ou" au "& inclusif". Et c'est tellement plus facile de vivre ainsi, sans se tirailler! Le juste milieu disait mon père. Il avait bien raison.
