The OSCE Secretariat invites applications for the 3rd edition of the Women’s Peace Leadership Programme, running from 1 April to 31 October 2025. This initiative empowers women to lead in the intersection of gender, climate, and mediation.

📋 Highlights:

  • Training on leadership, negotiation, and environmental security.
  • Networking with decision-makers and climate experts.
  • Peer exchanges on gender and climate.
  • Events with leaders in renewable energy and mediation.

🌱 Eligibility:

  • Female citizens of OSCE participating States or Partners for Cooperation.
  • 7+ years of climate-related experience.
  • Fluent in English and committed to gender equality in climate policy.
