If you look first at Canada, the federal government agency CMHC is telling Canadians that they need basically 4 MILLION new home builds by 2030!!
As of today July 4th 2024 and projecting to the end of December 2030 that leaves 6x12 plus 6 months to get these done and ready for occupancy. WOW.

Sorry but you need to leapfrog your thinking to an industrial mindset, but that’s not going to do anything without a amnesty period, 1 difine the needs. 2 QFD everything. 3 digitises your requirements. 4 stakeholder engagements, 5 integration 6 training.7 building. 8 Kazen 9 sleep. 10 repeat. 11 show the world.
