This can happen only under certain condition when they meet the astrological parameters.

According to KP vedic astrology a planet gives the result of the nakshatra lord and the planet itself becomes the source of it and the sublord shows the quality of the results.
When malefic planets like Saturn and rahu is in conjunction then both Saturn and rahu should signify good significations as per positions in that horoscope and the mahadasha should also signify the same to give the results during their activation.
