Canadian Rack Promo Video of recent pallet racking project.
This promo video has to be one of my favorite projects of all time! This pallet racking project went so smooth from start to finish. Not to mention how great the final product looked!
The lead had originally come to my attention while I was away on vacation in Mexico. Rather than wait until I was back at home to deal with the lead I spent the last 3 days of my vacation sending emails and on the phone working very hard to make sure all our suppliers could deliver the material to site on time. I also spent the same 3 days convincing the client that Canadian Rack was the right company for this project and that we could deliver the project on the very tight deadline they had requested.
As you can see Canadian Rack was awarded the project. Canadian Rack delivered as promised.
Our clients project manager had told me we made him look great and his company was referring to him as a ‘superstar’ during the final company conference call to close out the project. He claimed of all the new DC’s this global company had set up around the world over the years that this project was supplied and completed the quickest.
The best thing I took away from this project was the project manager giving me the nickname ‘Superman’ because I was always available for him to reach when he needed me, and I always delivered on what I said I could. What a great compliment.
I’d like to think of myself as the man of steel, but I know I am truly just a steel man that prefers to never over promise and do my best to over deliver.
