Jenny Kanevsky started her post-MBA career in Seattle as one of the first Alliance Managers, a role exclusively dedicated to the relationship between Microsoft and small Microsoft spin-off startups. In this role, software bundles, joint events, collaborative sales activities, and co-promotions were the name of the game. In these roles, she honed her expert marketing, business development, business writing, and content marketing skills.
Here, she made significant contributions, including identifying, creating, and managing strategic relationships, generating over $2M in partner referrals, achieving $1M incremental revenue via Microsoft licensing agreements, and increasing sales by 320% and referred sales leads by 120%.
