Capturing BCCAT's JAM 2023

In the heart of Vancouver, the Paradox Hotel Vancouver hosted the Joint Annual Meeting (JAM) 2023, an intellectual congregation of higher education, articulation, and administrative professionals organized by the BC Council on Admissions & Transfer (BCCAT).

Once again, we were on the scene to document the dynamic discussions and collaborative spirit of the event. This year, the theme was "Building the Big Picture of Student Mobility" and aimed to dissect the intricate components of a responsive transfer system.

For this one-day event, we brought a two-member crew to handle both videography and photography seamlessly. Our goal was to provide comprehensive coverage, ensuring that every significant moment was captured without disrupting the natural flow of the event.

We went beyond static images, conducting video interviews to delve deeper into the insights and experiences shared by the participants, all accomplished within a single day. This approach not only met the practical needs of our clients but also added a dynamic layer to the visual narrative of JAM 2023.

Our enduring partnership with BCCAT, spanning over six years, is a testament to the trust they place in our ability to encapsulate the essence of their events.

As creators of content, it's always a pleasure to contribute to an organization dedicated to advancing transfer opportunities for learners. The depth of our understanding of their mission allows us to craft visuals that not only showcase the event but also resonate with the core values of BCCAT.
