I keep the weighted vest on even after the workout, because most people can't wait to rip it off and throw it down - the will and extra time under pressure makes me incredibly stronger.

In the valley of shadows, I find my inner strength. I walk through the darkness, unshaken, unafraid. With courage as my guide, I embrace each step I take, For in the depths of challenge, I discover my true faith.
