As the Vice President of Sales for these territories, Bobby’s role encompasses a vast area, including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Nebraska. Bobby is making significant strides in shaping the future of the company in these critical markets.

His decision to join LegalEASE was fueled by the company’s rapid growth and innovative approach to legal protection. “LegalEASE is a rapidly growing company that has built an innovative offering in an industry that is in growing demand year over year,” Bobby explains. The opportunity to step in and immediately make a difference using his skillset was an irresistible draw. “Talking to the team early on only grew my excitement because I knew I was going to get the chance to work alongside very talented people in a true team environment,” he adds.

Bobby’s inspiration to pursue a career in this field is deeply personal, rooted in the influence of his father, who played a pivotal role in building LegalEASE into the company it is today. “I received a front row seat growing up watching him build LegalEASE,” Bobby shares. “He inspired me to pursue any career with determination, hard work, and integrity, all while continuously showing up for his family at home. It really is a dream come true to get to work alongside my father every day at LegalEASE.”

Within the organization, Bobby is most motivated by the growth opportunities and the meaningful impact LegalEASE has on people’s personal lives. “I love getting to share stories with our consulting partners about how our legal plans help real people navigate the legal system, protect people from financial ruin, or assist in more serious situations,” he says. Knowing that our work helps reduce the emotional and financial burden on individuals is what drives Bobby every day.

While Bobby’s professional life is well-known, there are still a few surprises. For instance, many might not know that he shares his home with a long-haired miniature dachshund named Sally, who undoubtedly adds a touch of warmth and fun to his life.

When asked about a hero, Bobby doesn’t hesitate to name his wife, Maggie. “She’s incredibly bright, ambitious, and an extremely hard worker,” he says with admiration. Maggie’s deep care for those around her and her magnetic personality make her someone everyone loves to be around, and she continues to inspire Bobby daily.

Outside of work, Bobby is a sports enthusiast. Whether he’s out on the golf course or cheering on a local Houston sports team or his beloved Georgia Bulldogs, he finds joy in the camaraderie and excitement of sports.
