As we near the end of a hugely significant year in mental health, we can reflect on a period of change, progress and transition. A new UK government, a new Mental Health Bill and major technological advancements set against a backdrop of financial uncertainty and an ongoing global mental health crisis.

At Kooth, we can reflect on a challenging yet encouraging year full of highs and lows. We were recognised at a diverse array of awards ceremonies for our innovation and pioneering approach to building healthier populations, while we continue to develop new tools, methods and processes for delivering impactful mental health support at scale.
