Celebrating 10 Years of Success at DH

Let’s give a big congratulations to Jonah Martinson for his 10-year anniversary at DH! His drive and enthusiasm have been essential to our growth, and we are truly thankful for all he's contributed.

In celebration of this big milestone, we invited Jonah to share advice that he has learned over the past 10 years.

If you could go back in time, what advice would you have given yourself as you were just starting out at DH?

"I’ve learned so much in my 10 years at DH, but if I could go back and give myself advice on day 1, I would say:

• Understand the bigger picture: Know how your role contributes to the organization’s overall goals and your client’s needs. Strategic thinking will set you apart.
• Prioritize relationships over everything: Building authentic connections with colleagues and clients can be more valuable than any learned skill."
