Mechanical Engineering Graduate Association, The University of Texas at Dallas recently recognized the outstanding work of our mechanical engineering graduate students showcased at our recent poster competition. After a careful review of 17 compelling projects, they announced the top three winners who excelled in innovative research and presentation:

🥇 1st Place: Miguel A. Guzmán Hernández Poster Title: Effects of Offshore Wind Energy on Ocean Circulation and Mixing

🥈 2nd Place: Leshi Feng Poster Title: Non-Evaporative Drying of Paper Using Thermo-Responsive Polymer/Felt Composite

🥉 3rd Place: Roma Avhad Poster Title: Moisture Actuated Tunable Phase Change Materials for All-Season Building Thermal Comfort Control
