Celebrating the Launch of the Kyowa Kirin Global Exchange Program 2024

We are thrilled to announce that all 11 participants for the Kyowa Kirin Global Exchange Program 2024 have been confirmed! This innovative program, now in its third year, demonstrates our commitment to fostering international collaboration and co-creation, sharing best practices, and nurturing the next generation of leaders at Kyowa Kirin.

The Global Exchange Program is designed to provide participants with unique opportunities to engage with colleagues from across the Kyowa Kirin global organisation, gain insights into diverse markets, and contribute to our shared mission of improving lives through innovative healthcare solutions. This year, we are proud to welcome a diverse group of talented professionals who will embark on this journey of growth, learning, and cultural exchange.

Participants in the program will:

1. Experience Diverse Work Environments: participants will spend 3 months working in a new location and/or function and will gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations, from manufacturing to marketing and digital strategies, in different regions.
2. Develop Cross-Cultural Competence: Living and working in new environments will help participants develop crucial skills for navigating the global business landscape, enhancing their cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
3. Foster Innovation and Collaboration: By connecting with colleagues worldwide, participants will have the chance to exchange ideas, collaborate on projects, and drive innovation within Kyowa Kirin.
4. Build Lasting Networks: The relationships formed during the program will not only enrich participant's professional lives but also strengthen the global Kyowa Kirin community.
