Utilize ‘scheduling techniques’, and use project management and productivity apps to stay organized. It is always important to set clear deadlines and break tasks into manageable small tasks. This helps you avoid feeling overwhelmed and stay on track with your goals.

2. Set clear boundaries

Establishing distinct boundaries between work and personal time is crucial to prevent burnout. This means defining specific hours dedicated to work and ensuring that personal time is just that- personal. Don’t hesitate to negotiate your workload or say“no” when necessary.

3. Prioritize Self-care
