The authoritative magazine "Access International," under the British KHL Group, released the "Top 20 Global Aerial Work Machinery Manufacturers in 2023" list (Access M20). The list revealed that XCMG's aerial work machinery sector once again claimed the top spot in China and ranked among the top three globally. According to reports, in 2023, XCMG's aerial work machinery sector achieved a revenue of $1.502 billion, marking a 41.9% year-on-year growth. This data not only highlights the continuous momentum of "Made in China" globally but also injects new impetus into the high-quality development of the aerial work machinery industry.

"Access International" is the official magazine of the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF), published by the KHL Group. The magazine covers the latest developments, technological innovations, market analysis, product releases, and interviews with key industry figures in the global aerial work equipment market. The annual release of the "Aerial Work Equipment Manufacturer Revenue Ranking" report is one of the most influential in the industry. Based on comprehensive data analysis and market research, these reports provide revenue and market performance information for aerial work equipment manufacturers, widely cited as authoritative information by industry companies and analysts. As the global magazine dedicated to aerial work equipment, "Access International" has a wide readership worldwide, including equipment manufacturers, rental companies, and end-users. Its international perspective and reporting have earned it a high reputation and influence within the industry.

Technology Innovation

Technological innovation is the key to product development. XCMG's aerial work machinery has consistently excelled in adapting to market demands and accelerating innovation, owing to its rigorous pursuit of technological advancement. Particularly under the global strategy for dual carbon development, XCMG's aerial work machinery sector has remained dedicated to developing green energy products, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality and sustainable development of China's aerial work equipment.

In recent years, XCMG's aerial work platforms have not only continued to innovate and upgrade traditional diesel-powered products but have also independently developed over 50 new energy high-altitude machinery products, leveraging the advanced Lingyun K series platform. These products have earned high recognition from the market and customers through a dual approach of environmental protection and cost reduction.

From the first pure electric articulated boom aerial work platform, the GTBZ14JD, to star products like the Lingyun K series electric straight boom XGA22ACK and XGS28ACK; from the full range of lithium-powered scissor lifts to heavy-duty off-road scissor lifts XG1523RT and XG1823RT, and to the world's tallest XGS70K, XCMG has achieved significant technological innovation breakthroughs in product safety, environmental friendliness, and ease of operation through years of technological accumulation. This has continuously met various high-altitude operational needs and has consistently led the industry's development forefront.

The company believes that with technological advancements, the trend towards electric power-driven equipment will lead to products becoming more intelligent, customizable, lightweight, and compact for easier transportation.

Reliable Quality

Currently, all products of XCMG's aerial work platforms have passed the most stringent European CE certification, North American ANSI certification, and Australian AS/NZS1418 certification. Their electronic control architecture complies with the safety function level standards of Europe and the United States, possessing comprehensive safety protection features that meet the requirements of international standards such as EN280 and ISO13849. These products are simple, efficient, safe, and reliable, with outstanding performance, thus achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Future Outlook

Looking to the future, XCMG Group plans to expand its vertical mast product line in 2024, introducing models such as the XGR08, XGR08J, XGR10J, and XGR12J with working heights ranging from 8m to 12m, including models with and without arms.

The company stated, "With the continued development of industry and cities, vertical mast lifts will find application in more areas in the future, and these prospects are exciting." XCMG Group anticipates that due to the mobility, high reach, and lifting capabilities inherent in vertical mast lifts, which can meet the complex operational requirements within limited spaces that other machines cannot handle, the rental rates for such equipment will continue to steadily increase. Therefore, XCMG Group plans to introduce more products this year.
