Challenge to Smt. Maneka Gandhi

Smt. Maneka Gandhi of People for animals, has been Chairperson of the Delhi Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals during 5-5-1995 to 9-6-1998 but animals were abused as Goods in non ISI vehicles, poultry treated as Agriculture products, slaughtered in the meat shops, no doubt she played key roles introducing many rules for animal welfare but violation of all these rules covered under bailable and non cognizable offenses in legal nature, why she failed to introduce her private bill to replace the toothless Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, whereas she is burning her energy to STOP me to serve animals & birds but I dam care and now challenge her to follow me to fight for introduction of 11 SPCA's in Delhi as per Rules, besides it her younger sister enjoyed berth in DSPCA as Member of the Managing Committee of DSPCA, May I ask her to prepare status report and white paper on the functioning of DSPCA in Delhi; Capital of India.

Restore five freedoms of animals and birds replacing Animal Welfare Board of India with the National Commission for Animal Welfare with judicial powers.

Replace toothless Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 with strong legislation's.

Establish Mobile Courts to speedup the disposal of the crime against animals, strong mechanism for coordination between all enforcement agencies, introducing animal abuser registry.
