Charleston Real Estate Q1 Recap

We’re well into the second quarter of the year, but the numbers from Q1 just came in for Charleston County. I wanted to give you a quick update on how the market has grown and what we expect to see for the rest of the year. New listings and closed sales are down, but the average sale price is up considerably. Homes are moving quickly and for great prices.
