DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

RFK HUMAN RIGHTS CO-HOSTS THE FIRST CONNECTIVE CAPITAL CONSORTIUM 

"Those with the courage to enter the moral conflict will find themselves with companions in every corner of the globe," said RFK Human Rights President Kerry Kennedy, drawing on her father’s iconic 1966 "Day of Affirmation Address," at the inaugural Connective Capital Consortium. The consortium, co-hosted by RFK Human Rights, brought together leaders from across the investment industry and beyond to explore how investors can help close the racial wealth gap and deepen their commitments to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA). Kennedy opened the event by addressing the persistent racial disparities in the investment industry that limit access to capital for marginalized and underrepresented communities. Amid increasing resistance to DEIA initiatives, she urged leaders in the investment sector, government, and other key stakeholders to reaffirm and strengthen their DEIA commitments.
