💻 My career in technology is a narrative of evolution, learning, and transformation. From the early days of programming in BASIC and Pascal to leading complex digital transformations, each role has been a building block in my journey to becoming a CTO.

🚀 Chief Technology Officer at MER Solutions: Here, I embraced the challenge of digital transformation head-on. Leading initiatives such as service desk optimisation and IT governance revamps, I utilised frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001 to ensure robust, efficient IT operations. Mentoring and developing teams under the lean software development model was a key focus, along with implementing Scrum methodologies across projects. My hands-on involvement with technologies such as AWS, Terraform, and programming languages like PHP, Vue, and NodeJS, was vital in driving our tech strategy forward.

💼 Head of Technology at BusinessNav: My role involved spearheading digital transformation efforts, improving IT governance, and mentoring teams. I applied COBIT and ITIL principles to streamline processes and embraced ISO 27001 standards for enhanced security. My work in cloud computing, particularly with AWS and IaC, along with a focus on PHP, React, and Vue, contributed significantly to our technology landscape.
