Childrenswear Character Licensing Designer Wanted

Salary to £35K depending on experience + bens
2023 my client is really going to be making some big waves, they have added 4 people to the design team in the last quarter of the year and now are adding another 2. Their Childrenswear licensing team is a small one, but this is soon to change with this additional designer and a sales push, it’s a great opportunity for a grounded Childrenswear Licensing Designer to come on board and help build a team. The role will be mainly office-based working from an East London office although after probation some hybrid discussions could be had once they assess your work capability. You will be supported by a design team of 10 and trend trips /shopping is always on offer.
The split is 60% girlswear / 50% boyswear and they work across retailer and supermarkets, so licensing creatives are welcomed

Designer must be design IT literate (illustrator / CAD )
Must have worked with high street retailers
Comfortable dealing with buyers, presenting product with the sale people and Design Manager
Excellent Communicator
Looking to learn, develop and help build a growing department
Applications must be UK Based and eligible to work in the UK for over 5 years
