Choices!!!

Choices!!!

Why do people fail while making choices or decisions personal life or professional life?

"Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make makes you"

Making choices is difficult at times due to various impactful and fictional impactful factors and sometimes it’s because of a lack of confidence on thyself.

When decisions involve balancing between personal relationships, attachments, career choices, professional relationships or emotions, people may find it challenging to make choices. Fear of hurting others, fear of adapting to change, or emotional ties can lead to indecisiveness or avoidance of facing the situation overall. In life, individuals often face multiple decisions simultaneously. From relationships to career choices to personal goals, the abundance of options can overwhelm and hinder decision-making about what to achieve first.

If individuals are unsure of their long-term objectives or values, they may struggle to make choices that align to their aspirations. Without a clear sense of understanding and direction, decision-making can become more challenging. Furthermore, they may rely heavily on others' opinions or seek external validation when making personal choices. This can result in difficulty in making decisions independently and relying on others' approval rather than their own intuition or desires. Irony is end of the day they are not the ones who travel your path with you. Still, people rely on opinions, societal pressures, and ideas.

Most of the times people may delay decision-making in their lives due to a variety of reasons, such as laziness, avoidance of responsibilities, fear of commitment, or a belief that the situation will resolve itself if they keep quiet for time being and lack of knowing the importance of it, and the need of addressing it. Procrastination can lead to missed opportunities.

Deciding while balancing both career and personal life often involves exploring the unknown or taking risks, which most people are not open to. The fear of stepping out of one's comfort zone or encountering alien situations can hinder their decision-making ability. It requires self-reflection, understanding personal priorities, and finding a balance between individual needs first while understanding the needs of others and coming to a break even point.

Nothing is impossible when we have the willpower to achieve what we want. Opportunities won’t bang on our doors when it is convenient for you. Be the author of your life not the victim.

Most of the time, I choose in selecting this or that depending on few factors, they are, I will prefer to analyze the risks attached to it. Whether these risks can be manageable or not.. is there anything to learn or not. Basis i will select.
