Circle of Excellence Ricoh 2023

Last year's best performers were honoured at this year's Circle of Excellence in Lugano. Not only the best sales people, but also 3 essential employees and managers who have achieved unique accomplishments.

I had the pleasure of opening the event with my team and the exquisite ones in Lugano with an aperitif on the terrace in the best sunshine. A tour of the Castello di Morcotte winery including a wine tour and tasting with a highly motivated guide. Finally, a sensational dinner in the evening in the magnificent restaurant Da Enzo.

On Saturday, still in the best sunshine, we went up to Monte Generoso by cog railway, where we enjoyed lunch at the Top View Restaurant and rounded off the event.

But the most important thing was the time we spent together. The private conversations, the moments when it was all about people. It was a great honour for me to enjoy this with an incredibly great team and to take the emotions with me. In the end, it's all about each individual personality. That's what makes a great company. The employees.
