Circular Threads 2.0: The Event

Tondo will organize the presentation event of the Circular Threads 2.0 study's results at the Triennale in Milan on January 30.

This project, which explores the challenges and opportunities of the circular economy in the textile industry, aims to increase recycling, reuse and material recovery by focusing on ecodesign, innovative materials, sustainable business models and advanced recycling technologies. The goal is to share knowledge, best practices and practical solutions that can help create a competitive advantage for the Italian textile and fashion system, focusing on sustainability and the circular economy.

FiberCop Connecting Challenge Kick-Off Day: Online the Recording

On December 10th, FiberCop, in collaboration with Tondo, hosted the Kick-Off Day of the FiberCop Connecting Challenge: a contest designed to foster innovation and promote digital connectivity.

This initiative invites high school students nationwide to envision creative solutions that transform the Internet into a driver of sustainable progress for society. The contest will encourage young minds to address connectivity challenges using advanced technologies, inspiring innovation and problem-solving.

Acinque contest: Heat and Mobility

On November 22 and 29, Tondo Lab accompanied Acinque Group to implement its first corporate hackathon. 

The event, hosted at the Monza headquarters, involved about 40 students, who tested themselves with challenges related to crucial topics such as electric mobility and district heating.

At the end of the second day of work, the teams presented their projects in front of the jury, and the winning teams for each challenge were awarded vouchers offered by Acinque.
