After the first COVID lockdown I decided it was time to focus on my health & fitness. The thought of entering a gym or considering a personal trainer was so unbelievably daunting.
I lacked confidence & I had never done anything even close to this in the past. I came across a social media post from Lisa advertising her business & amazing deals & decided to take a leap & touch base with Lisa.
After a phone call with Lisa she put all my fears & concerns at ease & I was ready to get started.
I had been so worried that a PT would push me beyond my limits & force to do things I couldn’t do because that’s what they wanted. But not with Lisa, she eased me into it, she was kind & patient while i got started a learned how to train! (And still to this day if I’m not feeling the greatest at a session she’ll alter the session to suit how I’m feeling) I started out at one session a week, I now do between 2 & 3 a week (depending on kids hobbies etc)
Lisa has worked with me on my strength, fitness & weight loss, goals I never thought I could achieve, but I’m slowly making more progress as time goes on. I started out so nervous, now I’m lifting weights I never in my life thought I could, I can also push my body further than i ever thought possible. I honestly don’t think I would have stuck with training had I have not had a PT like Lisa!
Lisa’s kind, caring & positive attitude to health & fitness is everything that I needed in a PT.
I’ve even had friends & family members join the BudyBods fam!
Not only do I have the most amazing PT I also have gained a beautiful friend.
Thanks for everything Lisa, I’m so grateful for how far you have brought me in my training & I look forward to achieving more health & fitness goals with you in the future
