7yI appreciate your hard core marketing scheme, However, it is always first on my feed - and it would be fine if it was more relevant in my market. Unfortunately , in the Bay Area , and Silicon valley - a 66% Cltv loan via hard money doesn't not seem like a good idea, to say the least, for a buyer . Assuming the median home price of over 850k, there is a very small market of buyers with almost 300k down- seeking hard money financing. Sure - the one off situations and the money laundering criminals - but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And I recently left my last company I am listed under on linked on, so I'm am only speaking in behalf of my own opinions . For curiosity proposed - please respond publicly w the terms of this 280k hard money loan at 66% ltv. So real people can see how high the potential interests rate would be . And I'm not knocking your business at all, just asking for estimates terms of your example loan - so my own sake. Thanks !
