The Cloud 100: Open Call for Nominations!

This summer, Forbes will publish The Cloud 100, a list of the top privately held cloud companies of 2016 and we’re excited to announce that nominations are now open at www.thecloud100.com!

Cloud is the present and the future of software. After a decade long battle to unseat on-premise software, the cloud has finally reached a tipping point and won.

The Cloud 100 list is a way to celebrate the awesome success of the leaders in this cloud revolution. The public company leaders are well understood, but equally important is the wave of ‘unicorns’ and future unicorns that are not yet public and not as well understood. At BVP we’ve been fortunate to work closely with and come to understand many of these prior leaders in cloud, and our hope is that the Cloud 100 list will uncover and celebrate the next generation of the cloud’s trailblazers.

We’ve invited the world’s top public cloud company CEOs and cloud industry luminaries to participate as judges and mentors for our list of winners, who will be announced at our celebratory event on September 1st. We believe this event will be the first time ever that the majority of the top private and public cloud CEOs will be together in a single room, which should make for a special evening.
