Cognizant has entered into an agreement to acquire Servian in ANZ

I am excited to share that Cognizant has entered into an agreement to acquire Servian. Sydney-based Servian is one of the leading enterprise transformation consultancies in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), known for cutting-edge capabilities in areas ranging from data analytics and artificial intelligence, to experience design and cloud. The acquisition significantly expands our integrated, end-to-end digital transformation capabilities in ANZ to help clients engineer modern businesses.

We look forward to welcoming @Servian’s more than 500 digital-native technology and consulting professionals into the @Cognizant family. By combining the strengths of the two companies and our passion for innovation powered by digital technologies, we would be in an even stronger position to help our clients realise the full power of digital transformation in creating greater customer and business value. This deal signals our launch in the fast-growing New Zealand market and will double our cloud and data team in ANZ, marking a giant leap in terms of the breadth, depth and scale of our capabilities in the region.  

The acquisition is yet another illustration of how Cognizant is marching ahead with its growth strategy of expanding in key markets such as ANZ, and winning in key “digital battlegrounds” of data analytics, IoT, cloud computing, and digital engineering across the globe.
