For the Communitrepreneur
We serve three types of "Activants"; people working towards a better world at home, school, work, business and community. We serve Leaducators and Emergents. And, we serve Communitrepreneurs running both social and private enterprises with the intent of serving and building genuine and sustainable prosperity … and better communities … by their work and service; and supporting the global goals… locally, globally or glocally.
The Communitrepreneur
You see no competition between doing good and doing well. They are as two wings, to soar. You seek to have your business and enterprise truly help. You understand that the noble role of business is to answer legitimate needs, fill gaps and respond to problems... while making a living doing so... and even adding to the lives of those whom you gainfully employ. You understand that an integral part of your role is to lead, inspire and unite a team of people committed to fill those gaps and solve those problems. We help you do that.
That said, as a 30-year Business Educator, I often offer up the following resources and more, for those looking to start up, particularly in Newfoundland and Labrador, or Canada. These are found to be useful in the determining of feasibility and in business planning.
I also offer this up on the Character of an Entrepreneur posted in May of 2022... and this recent conversation with Joe Calloway on branding, innovation, leadership and delivery in business... and this from Simon Sinek on Just Cause.
They are offered up as a taster on resources and information available to determine needs and gaps and capacities to answer. Hoping this is helpful in building the kind of Confidence that rides in and contributes.
Justice, Peace and Unity...
