Compassionate Care Starts with a Compassionate Team

November is a time for reflection and gratitude, and I would like to share some of what I am grateful for this year. Quality care is rooted in compassion, and it takes a kind, patient, and empathetic individual to represent Integral Care in the community. I am deeply grateful to those who provide outstanding care to our clients, and to the entire Integral Care team for demonstrating a commitment to Healthy Living for Everyone.  

I am proud to share that we were able to demonstrate our commitment to being a top workplace with a 4% pay increase for staff in the FY25 budget. I am grateful to the Integral Care Board of Trustees for approving this increase and demonstrating a commitment to cultivating workforce.     

Our staff operates at the crossroads of direct community service and cutting-edge health care technology. I am grateful for the innovative tools that empower our staff to enhance client care and promote long-term health and well-being.  

Finally, I would like to share my gratitude to our collaborators and supporters. We are better able to meet our community's needs when we develop and implement sustainable solutions together. Change happens when we come together as a community.
