Sales are the most important aspect of the continuation of any organisation!

But how can I build my own Sales team without it costing my business more money? Our Future Leaders offering provides companies up and down the UK with high-quality apprenticeships and training. We are here to provide a bespoke, educational apprenticeship pathway to determined individuals of all ages!

What is the Sales Executive Apprenticeship?

The apprenticeships were created by us here at The Training Initiative, through popular demand, provides businesses up and down the UK with the opportunity to become better acquainted with the relationship with their customers. The apprenticeships provide learners with the skills to prepare effectively, improve their customer's engagement, complete a customer needs analysis, propose, and present solutions, negotiate closing sales, gather intelligence, effectively manage time, improve their team working skills, perform their digital skills to the best of their ability and take a jump into the pool of management.

Who is the apprenticeship most suited to?

Most commonly, the Sales Executive apprenticeship is used by workers in customer service! This is because they have more contact with potential customers and can provide the expert, persuasive information customers desire. The apprenticeship is also a great way to employ new and fresh faces within your company. Someone without much work experience can submerge themselves in your business and become a loyal member of staff.

The new apprentice doesn’t have to show signs of creativity or academic strengths. However, people and communication skills are a must. Not only does this apprentice have to create bonds with external customers, but also, internal staff!

What are the benefits?

·      In-Depth Organisational Knowledge

·      Impeccable Customer Engagement

·      Maintain Consistency Skills

·      Thorough Understanding of the Sales World
