Is Concentration just focusing your attention?

Why do students have so much difficulty concentrating?

How come they are not distracted when they ride a bicycle?

Do unwanted thoughts haunt them when they play games?

Should they take a break from watching a movie, after every 25 minutes?

Concentration is not what we think it is!

There is a major difference between attention and concentration.

Concentration is quite a complicated process that involves three things as shown in the figure above: Filtering of Attention, Intention to Attend, and Sustenance of Attention.
