Confidence is an emotion and a feeling that must be moved to the level of skill.
Now think this through.
Normally we would say that emotion or feeling is NOT a skill.
However, the control and direction of emotions and feelings IS a skill.
So if you want to develop a certain feeling (in this case confidence), you can only do this by developing the SKILL of constantly CONDITIONING this feeling through ACTION.
The more action you take, the more experience you get, the more confidence you'll have.
But, you have to be willing to take action when you DON'T feel confident if you EVER hope to DEVELOP confidence.
