A shout out to those who locked themselves within the self-made edges. This is a trivial attempt to make a difference in one and all. This paper shall help you stretch away from your fence and eyewitness the unnoticed pieces of majestical disclosures rooted into our lives but are concealed. My voice explicitly supervises and points to all those who abandoned the life out there, THE REAL ONE!

 I distinctly recall the turmoil’s flavored while I ventured into my corporate cruise at the inception. But due the way, I discovered there is a harmonious relief for the impulse in fortifying the mode of journey. I hereby present the duly examined pills for an easy incorporation which can aid in our further respective journey’s:

Principle 360:

It must be a home wherever we are, and it is equally essential for any entity to provision the identical atmosphere and navigational/operational flexibility. You Breath, Live, Deliver, Travel, Explore, Learn, Teach, Play, Listen, Read, Write, Fight, Nap, Love etc. at home likewise should be at whatever may be the place you are at.

                                    “Everything comes at a cost”        

It is you to earn these accessibilities at your respective places and is equally important for you to render what is being expected of you for a balanced ecosystem.

Principle of Conscious Breath:

                                      Thoughts [α] 1/Respiration Cycle
                          
 Each respiration cycle generates two thoughts. Math goes like this
                
            [Your respiration cycles per minute] 50 * 60 * 24 = 1,44,000 thoughts in a day         

Question is…

Is your mind capable of processing these thoughts?

Do you know how to differentiate the important to that of useless thoughts from the stack?

How do you lessen the count full generation of thoughts?

What is the impact on your other functions in case of disregarding the crucial ones?

How to have control on thoughts generation?

Life span of a Tortoise is 100 – 500 years and its respiration cycle in a minute is hardly 2-4 cycles (Delta)        

We in humans, average cycles per minute is approx. 40-50 cycles it must be somewhere from 10-16 in 40-50 stead. Current life expectancy of human has come down from 90 years to 55/60 years influenced from the lifestyle, adulteration of food and discrepancy in nature.

The later effects physical, physiological, chemical, social while the former (Respiration cycle) has tremendous effects on mental and Spiritual states.

How do we control:

Do take mindful (conscious) breaths every time eventually reducing it to 10-16 per minute there by reducing the number of thoughts. 

                                      13*60*24 = 18,720 thoughts         

Of which, with <4% of utilization of the brain has the potential for demolishing the unnecessary thoughts by subconscious mind. With the reduction of cycles, you end up using the full 6 liters of lung capability thereby enhancing the supply of O2 to every cell in your body.

So, the final thing to understand is that do not forget to take the conscious, deliberate, long, constant, continuous breathing. Sense the inhale and exhale which raises the consciousness and subconsciousness powers. Also, helps in lessening the thoughts generation and thereby making enough space/room for the brain.

Mantra of Detach:

It is very challenging and seldom seen in many personalities/leaders etc. yet amazingly effective and yielding trait/attribute/characteristic to have. Detachment should be with “I”, “Ego”, “Selfishness” etc. instead glue to Empathy, Forgiveness, Emotions etc. which can resurrect the world around you.

Just LET GO:

The most valuable things that you should be in incessant pursuit are Energy, Empathetic to peers, helping others, Linking with Nature, Living the raw life. Often, we set off the drips wide of our lives by financing on ignorable things/Persons/Situations etc.

Be Amenable in learning:

Venture into expanding the wisdom and see the change in your outset, confidence, switch. There are a variety of things to discover.

 (Ignorance, Knowledge of outer world (Explanatory and non-explanatory, Self, oneself, and universe)        

As a bottom line, stay thoughtless (meditative state) as long as possible, breath as consciously as possible, detach as much as possible and learn as you go for a healthy, fun full, peaceful, harmonious and triumphant journey.
