CONNECT

Now is a time to stay connected. Some simple ideas:

Continue to stay connected with family, friends and work colleagues

Online forums are great to share ideas, learning and just have a chat

Neighbours look out for each other

Nobody should feel alone and left out

Empathise with others situations and be kind

Consideration when giving your message and staying home to save lives

Take care of yourself, friends and family
