ConnectWise Is Finalizing Deal To Buy Axcient: Sources

ConnectWise Is Finalizing Deal To Buy Axcient: Sources

ConnectWise is finalizing a deal to buy business continuity and disaster recovery vendor Axcient for between $400 million and $500 million, according to two people with knowledge of the deal.

The deal provides ConnectWise with a full-fledged MSP-focused business continuity and disaster recovery offering to go head-to-head with MSP platform powerhouse Kaseya, which acquired storage backup vendor Datto in June 2022 for $6.2 billion. Intel Expands AI PC Partner Benefits Amid Big Spending Cuts
