The Constitution’s Power For We The People

With so many of We The People being dissatisfaction with the government of these Dis-United States of America why don’t we the dissatisfied do something about it? Are not the remedies in the Constitution as the supreme law of this land that makes the governors “Trustees” of We The People and subjects them to our dictates? 

We are told by the first seal unsealed in Revelation 6:2, I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer, with the horse being the European conquerors who desired peace, olive branch, but used war, bow, as their method indicated with the crown being the knowledge of Christianity. Most who came to the “new land” rejected the king’s tyranny but arrived under the watchful eye of the king’s army. When independent and prepared to write their constitution they enlisted the knowledge of the peaceful “New Landers” and came away with a first draft denouncing slavery. However, there were those desiring to become tyrants would not join the nation if that happened and a compromise produced what it was before the resent un-amended eliminations. Thus, after 239 years since the writing of the Constitution the U.S. Government has become what the Preamble clearly states it intended to prevent, divided with tyrants governing.

The Preamble tells all readers what the entire document intends to achieve. It begins with “We The People of the United States” which means every man of both genders who came to, was brought to or born in this nation without exception because of what Article 6:1 states; “This constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof, and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing, in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary not withstanding.” The phrase “and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof” includes everything written in the Constitution after the preamble that's not in harmony with the preamble’s intent is “not withstanding” saying it is invalid. Also Article 6:3 reads “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executives and judicial Officers shall be bound by an Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.” That reveals how all elected or appointed official of sate or federal governments are “Trustees” of the people and subject to the People’s Impeaching of any failing to keep their oath – it does imply Presidents are an exception because of not including that position.

Today we have governmental parties that do not adhere to the demands of The People which prohibits “perfecting the Union” along with divided genders, ethnics divisions, divided wealth and many other divisions. We have 6 Supreme Court Justices who by saying “money is speech” denied We The People’s right to impeach “Bribe receivers” and other crime committers. We have a law breaking congress that will not go against their parties’ dictate because of protecting secrets that disallowed them to Impeach presidents Bush, Obama and Trump for 9/11’s Treason by the Government's agencies. Therefore it behooves We The People to DEMAND the U.S. Attorney General to Impeach president Trump as the “Notice of Impeachment” with the Department of Justice ID number 3758011 demanding all of congress, department heads, the first six Supreme Court Justices and arrest those responsible for the event, every Military Officer and anyone else who knew it was to happen before hand.

Other examples of the entire government refused to protect the constitution is Article 1.8’s guidelines for taxing in paragraph 1 reading, “The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United states.” Yet they make exceptions for corporations by charging reduced taxes supposedly for ensuring the American People have jobs while corporations outsource the jobs to “slave labor” allowing nations leaving the nation with high unemployment and underpaid employees. Then in Article 1.8.5 we find congress is “To coin Money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign Coin …” but have given coining the United States’ money to the “Deep State” government that controls most of the world’s money. In turn, the nation borrows what it is supposed to produce and pay interest on what’s supposed to be We The People’s money. It was obvious since now the money states it is a “Federal Reserve Note” printed for the United States of America and that began happening in the early 19 teens.

Although We The People have observed all of these things we have not studied the constitution to see what can be done about it. Therefore I am suggesting you read the above link and do what the Constitution and Declaration of Independence demands of We The People. They say We The People are to overthrow everyone in upper levels of government, the CIA and FBI, the Generals in the Pentagon and everyone responsible for 9/11/2001.
