Fascinating article. Thank you. A few years ago, I would have thought AI and 5G will have little impact on Behavioral Healthcare, not so much to the limitations of the tech, but more due to the limitations of healthcare lobbies and regulations that repress such leaps forward. Now after Covid, it remains to be seen how many will be updated to be more inclusive of the AI/5G revolution. Jurisdictional restrictions are particularly problematic in cities like mine that are surrounded by other states. I, for one, have been intrigued with the idea of doing more of my Recovery Coaching for both groups and individually digitally. As an old-timer in recovery, I prefer face to face meetings. However, I've seen digital outreach to be effective--especially to folks that are amenable and have difficulty due to time and discomfort to meet in-person. I can easily see doing individuals and groups in goggles. Making this seem like an in-person experience is the challenge. David, or other readers, if you come across technology that is affordable, user friendly and likely, someday, to be HIPAA and regulatory compliant I'd be much interested in your kind referrals. Thank again, Mark
