Though he’s technically my stepfather, he’s been part of our family for as long as I can remember, and in every meaningful way, he’s always been a dad. Growing up with him meant being raised in a Nestlé household, where good food equates to a good life. I have had the privilege of regularly enjoying homemade, Michelin-quality dishes. And when I tell people that my dad makes the best lasagna in the world, they often smile, assuming I’m biased. But after traveling the globe and trying lasagna from some of the finest restaurants in Italy — where you'd think it couldn’t get any better and where this beloved dish first made its debut in Naples — I can confidently say nothing compares or even comes a close second. His lasagna is more than a dish; it’s an art form built on passion, precision, and a deep understanding of ingredients.

Of course, it’s not just his work alone. Building the perfect lasagna is a team effort. My mom steps in to help him layer it just right, ensuring that each bite is perfectly balanced. Together, they create something that’s not only delicious but also a testament to how collaboration and teamwork can elevate a creation beyond what’s possible on your own — whether in the kitchen or in marketing.
