We hope you have all had a great month.

Autumn is definitely here, the leaves are carpeting the paths once again, and the days are closing early.

We hope you enjoy getting out in the crisp autumn air.

Our pairings certainly have!

Here's our roundup - starting with...

It's Trustees Week, and we'll be sharing our incredible trustees with you across the week.

Join us in celebrating the impact, commitment and guidance trustees have on charities like ourselves.

Congratulations to our paired walker, Kia who walked the 10 mile route of the Yorkshire Marathon last month.

Kia completed the walk in 2 hours and 57 minutes - what an achievement!

Congratulations also to Sarah Wilson who ran the full marathon for us in 5 hours and 32 minutes.

A big thank you and a massive well done to both Kia and Sarah.

Another big thank you to our York volunteers who helped us at the 6 mile water station. It was great fun - even in the rain.

Thank you to everyone who supported us through the Co-op Local Community Fund.

£1,524.18 has been raised for our Pocklington project.

£2,879.09 has been raised for our Leeds project.

Making a fantastic total of £4,403.27 towards our ongoing work!
