Course on Contrasts Between Islam & Capitalism

The title may appear strange, but it is important to understand that capitalism is a religion that shapes our lives and ways of thinking in ways fundamentally opposite to Islamic teachings. I will discuss these oppositions in the upcoming course based on my book Islamic Economics: The Polar Opposite of Capitalist Economics starting this Saturday, Aug 17th. The course is online, but those in Islamabad can physically attend at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) in sector E11/3. The online course is being handled by the Institute for Regenerative Livelihoods (IRL) Malaysia. Those who register for the course will receive a free copy of the book, and other course materials.
