Create Engaging Content & Post Regularly

Last week, I asked Libby Greiwe🎙 ChFC, RICP, FIC after seeing she had one of the fastest-growing profiles, "What's the key to your growth?"

Libby: Honestly, it's just been consistency! My business is new to LinkedIn so I was starting from nothing... I think that helps too!

Then I asked ChatGPT: "What's the number one tip for follower growth on LinkedIn?"

ChatGPT: [a disclaimer of course] The effectiveness of strategies for follower growth on LinkedIn can vary based on individual circumstances, industry, and goals. [then:] However, a universally valuable tip is to [1] consistently create and [2] share high-quality content.

Humans and robots agree, it's consistency. If you're interested in growing your followers on LinkedIn, I'd recommended starting by posting daily.

• Looking for a different job
• Starting a business
• Growing a business
• Building a personal brand
• Building your network

Try posting daily, anything really to get started, the much harder part is the "engaging content" part. But if you're posting daily, practice makes perfect... you'll get there.
