CREATE THE WIND , NOT JUST BLOW IT!!

CREATE THE WIND , NOT JUST BLOW IT!!

Much Hype of being Electronics Nation is achievable if a country can have its own brands that compete on a global scale . When nation has brands that the world eagerly anticipates and queues up to see, and is prepared to deplete their pockets to reserve, can confidently assert that it has arrived and are capable of leading the electronics industry.

Local brands must emerge and establish themselves on a global scale in order for the Nation to enhance itself in the electronics manufacturing space . Prioritizing creativity, innovation, means, and skill-creation is a necessary ecosystem , along with eradicating the follower mindset in the community. Should we put all energies towards Building chips in here or Should be boost product developments ? I guess both , you would agree later is more easier. Big thing is can there be an incentive to Brands for exports.

Research, design and development have to be the primary focus today, and let the skill be utilized to create products that are admired by the world. Let funds be available to support research in every aspect in creating products that is well packaged , and let policies and funds be prudently channeled to grow the ecosystem in the country that results in world-class electronics products in the industrial, medical, and consumer sectors, as well as any other sectors in which a product from this country is loved across the world.

Lets create winds, not be happy merely blowing it.. Example : Can we give the world a Phone or tablet or a Smart Watch a Car a TV or any out of the Box product , that world awaits as that brand announces its launch. Wait is on!!!!

Exactly Bharatendu! While chip manufacturing is a great start ,but it will take a lot more years to catch up in terms of matching the prices from other countries considering the capital investment and the right knowledge of manufacturing .It should be unique products driven which will drive the demand and in turn scalability addressing the gap.

Very nicely explained, need of hour of technology needed to be developed, but in this race many companies are also losing the human touch, not considering employees as their growth partners, but just only machines, and finally many of these employees endup with either loss of job or life. So its equally imp to consider employees as research. You are one of exceptional leaders, who has taken care of both sides.

Well said, it is time to realize 'Make in India' in its true spirit. So far it has been largely ' Manufacture in India'. India itself poses a huge growing consumer base and an opportunity. Indian companies could use this as their first proving ground before going global.
