As Webster has so eloquently transcribed it, "Ambition - is a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work". From the pit of the gut and the beat of the heart ambition fuels this locomotive we call life.
Whether proclaimed aspiration, purpose, intent or any number of synonyms only one noteworthy fact remains, ambition creates. Buildings have been constructed, pyramids assembled and monasteries worshiped, all due to the ambition of man.
A burning desire that radiates outwardly in all expressions of voice, continence and demeanor. Ambition takes full credit for arising armies, leading congregations and inspiring revolutions, without it only peril may remain.
A vehicle subtracted of an engine, a life insufficient of a cause, life itself would be a meager existence. Know this fact friend and believe this to be truth. Ambition is your answer. Unlock the fire inside your soul, be aware and be grandiose like your goals! Utilize your ambition as a tool or harness its power to devastate any foe. This choice solely lays in your hands, heavy and cold like an axe ready for battle. Caution though, heed this warning. Choose wisely now and forever hold your peace because ambition like a pond, has a ripple effect, we just don't know how far it may travel ....
