NEW: Smart Exhaust Units - for energy-efficient production
Our new Smart Exhaust Units are the digital solution for optimised exhaust performance in production that is both efficient and user-friendly. The performance parameters for the exhaust units are stored directly in LaserScout and retrieved automatically on a job-specific basis.
Energy efficiency: The exhaust performance can be adjusted as required. This not only saves electricity, but also prevents warm room air from being unnecessarily extracted to the outside.
User- friendly: The digital control and automatic storage of exhaust parameters reduce your workload. Control directly from LaserScout avoids operating errors, manual notes or adjustments.
Time saving: The run-on time of the turbines after switching off has been reduced by active braking - the table vacuum is released immediately as a result. This minimises the waiting time until material removal or the next feed (conveyor system).
Our Smart Exhaust Units are available now and can be retrofitted to models in the G3/S3 series. Increase the efficiency of your production and save time and money.

Sound-absorbing polyester nonwovens: Bluefiber in our laser test
Bluefiber is a sustainable material that is mainly made from recycled PET bottles and can also be recycled and reused at any time.
The material is suitable for all applications that require durable and efficient sound absorption. Due to its open-pored structure, sound is efficiently absorbed everywhere. Typical applications are sound absorbers, for example in classrooms or open-plan offices.
We tested the materials ‘bluefiber wool’, ‘bluefiber panel’ and ‘bluefiber pad’ with our laser systems.
