🚨 Cybersecurity Isn't Just an IT Issue — It’s a Business Imperative 🚨

Business Owners: Think cyber threats only target "big companies"? Think again. 📉 Nearly 43% of cyberattacks are aimed at small to mid-sized businesses — many of whom aren't fully prepared.

If you've been on the fence about upping your cybersecurity game, consider this:

  • 94% of malware is delivered via email 📧
  • 60% of small businesses fold within six months of a cyberattack 💸
  • The average data breach costs $3.86 million 🌐

Cybersecurity is your shield, not just for IT but for every aspect of your business. It safeguards your reputation, your clients, and your future.

Here are 3 steps to start TODAY:

  1. Educate & Empower Your Team: Regular cybersecurity training isn’t optional—it’s essential. Your people are your first line of defense.
  2. Invest in Strong Access Controls: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and regular access reviews can prevent unauthorized access.
  3. Partner with Experts: Cybersecurity is complex and ever-evolving. Partnering with an expert can save you time, money, and stress.

Remember, the cost of inaction is far higher than the cost of prevention. 🛡️

I agree 100% here. Unfortunately, teams need to go further, especially with identities becoming a primary attack vector, using compromised credentials to bypass traditional security controls. Whether through phishing attacks targeting employees or credential stuffing aimed at gaining access to privileged accounts, adversaries are finding ways to turn user identities into internal reconnaissance beachheads, enabling them or others to easily bypass access defenses. Threat research, prioritization, emulation and validation are needed by all teams to find and fix gaps.

David L. W. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing

Cybersecurity should be a top priority for businesses of all sizes. Small and mid-sized companies are often seen as 'easier targets' by cybercriminals, making it critical to invest in robust security measures.
