Food for thought : None dies in God’s refining fire; everyone comes out of it purer.
Lesson: Except we are willing to submit ourselves to divine refining, we will never come to be our best. Just as we undertake bathing daily in order to stay clean and healthy, so must we daily present ourselves to the Lord to refine and purge us. The purifying process is usually not easy and pleasant to the flesh. Whatever it is, we should gladly and willingly submit to it. At the end of the day, we will come out as better purified vessels fit for divine use.

Food for thought : Our Christian lifestyle should focus on praising God rather than reporting the wrongs others do to us.
Lesson: The words of our mouth are either good, or bad. Christians should be known for words of praise to the Trinity. Let us learn to rise above the painful experiences and abuse from others, and grow in maturity by praising God always: As we record words of praise to God, both heaven and earth will respond to us.
9. The Daily Fountain. Anglican Communion
Topic : Reconciliation
Text : Philippians 4: 1-3
Food for thought : It is good we understand as Christians that the ministry of reconciliation is as important as the Great Commission.
Lesson: As we propagate the gospel, teaching people about heaven or the coming of the Lord, we should not neglect the aspect of settling disputes, putting a stop to strife, enmity, unhealthy rivalry and anything that can cause disunity among those we are trying to win for Christ. Our strength is in unity and not in diversity.

By patiently waiting for His intervention and living righteously, we acknowledge His sovereignty and trust in His ability to make all things beautiful in His time. So, let us wait on the Lord with unwavering faith, actively serving Him while we await His divine intervention in our lives.
