DAILY DEVOTIONALS SUMMARY SUNDAY JUNE 2, 2024.

1. Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Open Heavens, RCCG

Topic : God Rewards

Text : Ephesians 6:8, Matthew 6:1-18

Food for though: God rewards us bountifully whenever we give Him anything from the depth of our hearts.

Lesson: God always rewards those who give to Him and work for Him. He sees all you do for Him in secret and will reward you in the open. He will never forget anything that you do for Him. As long as you live a holy life as His child, He will thank you for whatever you do for Him. Never hesitate to do anything for God because He will surely reward you for it.

2. Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, Daily Manna, DCLM

Topic: Divine Guidance

Text : Numbers 10:11-28, Numbers 10:11,12

Food for thought :. No one misses his way by following God.

Lesson: The Holy Spirit is guiding our steps in fulfilling God’s purpose for our lives. We need the continual guidance of the Holy Spirit as we wait and work till the Master comes. Therefore, we need to be sensitive constantly, yield to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and allow His counsel to prevail.

3. Dr. D.K. Olukoya, Mountain Top Daily Devotional, MFM

Topic: Dwellers in God’s Presence

Text : Psalm 27:1-6, Psalm 51:11

Food for thought: The presence of God is the most valuable asset a man can have on earth. If God is present in your life, it doesn’t matter who or what is absent.

Lesson: Dwelling in God's presence empowers us to accomplish great things and protects us from harm. When we carry God's presence, we experience divine favor, overcome obstacles, and achieve extraordinary feats. To be carriers of His glory and power, we must maintain purity and holiness, finding joy and pleasure in His presence.

4. Bishop Dr Mike Okonkwo, Wisdom For The Day, TREM

Topic: Stand In The Power Of God

Text : 1 Corinthians 2:5, Romans 1:16-17; 1 Corinthians 2: 1-9

Food for thought: When your faith stands in the wisdom of men it has the margin for failure. But when it stands on the Word of God, it stands sure forever.

Lesson: In the world we live in, satanic activities are on the increase. So, If you must overcome, your life and everything about you must be rooted and established on something immovable, which is the Word of God!

5. Bishop Dr. Chris Kwakpovwe, Our Daily Manna, MPM

Topic: Before You Were Born

Text: Jeremiah 1:1-8

Food for thought: Seeing ourselves as special and destined to shine transforms our lives and enables us to radiate God's glory despite challenges.

Lesson: Before you were born, God knew the challenges and difficulties you would be up against; He equipped/empowered you with all that you would require to overcome every challenge you would ever face. He equipped you with all it would take to shine and radiate His glory no matter how dark the world gets. Don’t let society squeeze you into its mold. Don’t let the world around you remold and recondition you for failure. You were born to win/fulfill a glorious destiny.

6. C.A.C: The Living Water

Topic: Speaking The Truth In Love

Text: Ephesians 4:15, Ephesians 4:15-21

Food for thought: Correction is good if it is done not to condemn, and when it is done in love, it yields positive results.

Lesson: As we administer the Church of God, this should be in our minds- Don't throw away the baby with the bath water. Care must be taken not to place yourself as an arbitrary judge over others. Correction should be done in love and anyone being corrected should not feel condemned, but right their wrongs. I'd like to point out that your error has been identified. Just work on yourself and move on. This is the only way we can work and walk towards perfection.

7. The Daily Fountain. Anglican Communion

Topic: Serve The Lord With Joy

Text: Psalm 95:1-7

Food for thought: Recognizing God as the great King above all gods helps us serve Him with a heart full of reverence and joy.

Lesson: True worship is borne out of intense joy in God’s Presence. Serving God joyfully involves expressing our gratitude and praise with enthusiasm and gladness. When we come before the Lord with joy and thanksgiving, we honor Him as the Creator of all things. and uplift our spirits, making our worship a true celebration of His greatness. In his presence, there is fullness of joy.

8 Daily Guide, Scripture Union

Topic: Reconciliation, Forgiveness, And Restoration Of Fellowship!

Text: Lev 4: 22 - 35.

Food for thought: God's forgiveness and restoration are always available, but we must confess, repent, and accept Jesus to renew our fellowship.

Lesson: God deeply values our fellowship, seeking to restore it even after sin broke it. Our daily commitment to prayer, Bible study, and worship reflects our dedication to maintaining this vital relationship.
