DANIEL LANGEVIN AND PARTNERSHIP CONFIRM DISCUSSIONS RE: TAKEOVER OF "CENTRE MEDICAL LES COURS" IN MTL
Montreal, May 12, 2016- Daniel Langevin today confirmed that it has approached Soltron Realty LP and is in advanced friendly discussions regarding a potential business transaction to takeover "Centre Medical Les Cours", a 33,000 sq. ft. state of the art medical facility located in downtown Montreal. Langevin stated that "no final agreement has been reached. We are well advanced and we are confident these discussions will quickly lead to a transaction." As to the terms on which a transaction might be agreed, the partnership will not comment on any specifics regarding the terms of the transaction.
