Tobias Zwingmann & Benjamin Eha’s article – Use Case: AI-Powered Sales Call Simulator – May 17th, 2024
In this article, AI consultants Zwingmann & Eha propose one of the most interesting new use cases for GenAI: automated sales rep simulation. Key to this new use case, of course, is GPT-4o. This latest addition to OpenAI’s family of LLMs (officially released on the 13th of May) is proving to be cheaper and faster than GPT-4. And crucially, it can directly respond to voice inputs so it’s much better at understanding both visuals and audio.
Zwingmann & Eha explore GPT-4o's potential for creating realistic sales scenarios, which will allow sales reps to practice and hone their skills at a fraction of the time and cost of conventional training methods.
