The Day After: Experiencing My Experience
I prepared this message the day of the election in the United States, and it is obviously posted the day after.
You may feel thrilled.
Or devastated.
You may feel afraid or maybe a quiet strength.
You may not really care.
The most important thing is that you feel. You are alive.
Life keeps going.
So maybe today, we can simply let ourselves experience what’s here. If we skip over this, if we push ahead too quickly, we risk missing something valuable – some insight, some truth about ourselves, some part of life that’s quietly unfolding.
Our experience is life.
We can resist it or allow it. We allow the thrill, the discomfort, the apathy, whatever’s real, before rushing to change it or turn it into something else.

Let’s allow it today. Fully, completely.
When we allow ourselves to experience our experience fully, we can then move in the world more freely and more fully rooted in what truly matters to us. We aren’t reacting to the experience, which gives IT power over US.
Today, may we all live with that freedom, simply being with what is and moving from there.

If you feel you might not be living the life you are truly here to live and would like to explore what other possibilities there are, I am available to discuss the various paths that can be helpful, whether working with me or not.
These are the ways I work:
· One-on-one guiding and coaching with a customized Wisdomary Leading program that is unique to you.
· With you and others in an ongoing group program that integrates theory and practice – the Wisdomary Leading Praxis, or
· For organizations, group programs designed to meet your needs.
